Isn't that quid pro quo a prosecutable high crime and misdemeanor? Like all the other pardons for $$$, and also absconding with the $500,000,000 from sale of Venezuelan oil, and a hundred other offenses? Oh, SCOTUS gave him immunity. But these crimes were not any part of his "official duties!"
