Love this and I’ve genuinely found it works, for productivity at least. In days gone by I’d have stayed up late doing chores more and more slowly as tiredness took over, but now I embrace the earliest bedtime knowing I can do them when I inevitably wake up in the middle of the night. We’re cool.
