It did feel like the back half was struggling to keep me invested at times, but when it hits? It fucking HITS.

More BL like this please.

I cannot wait for whatever Kyoto Animation does next, but part of me can only hope that with this success we might get a K-ON Shuffle adaptation (a girl can dream).

But for this, despite the slog in the middle and some aspects being a bit disorientating at times, this was a joy to watch.

The ongoing subplots were amazingly funny, Eri and Matsuri's being the obvious highlight between all of them, it had some of the best technical works of KyoAni's recent output and proved that they can still push the envelope however possible.

The back half is genuinely so heartwarming it hurts.

Okay, asking this after the fact, how did it feel and would you do it again?

Not to mention, Yakuza 3-5 already look fine on their own 'cause they're Early to Late Stage PS3 games, worst case is that the Remastered versions just look a little bit more crisp.

Kiwami 3 kinda seems unnecessary and I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one finding problems here with it.

I'd 1000% recommend this series in a heartbeat for the way it handles various relationship methods and also, at the same time, handles expectations and communication between the people you love.

The fact it has a confirmed movie sequel coming out in the next few months already has me hyped.

The first four episodes include the (seemingly) obligatory Yuri Series sexual assault from one character, that did deduct some points from it's opening arc I won't lie.

But it's second and closing arc definitely got me to come back around on this series, especially given how this week ended it off.

WataNare's premise deals with a social loner whose found herself in the affection of the popular girl at school while pining for another girl in their same group, obvious shenanigans occur as a result which are both hilarious as well as they are exhausting in it's first half.

And then there's WataNare (or There's No Way I'll Be Your Girlfriend, Unless...) and while this series initially looked like it'd be the ACTUAL hit or miss show of the season?

While it's first half had some major glaring issues, I 100% really loved this series by the end of it's run that released.

The back half is something I feel makes it all the more worth it by the end, especially with the feelings regarding our main trio, even with the weirder aspects brought out in characters added within that back half by the end.

It's a solid 7/10 for me.

The comedy is hit or miss and if you don't enjoy some lewd stuff in each episode you might not like this as much, if I'm being honest it can be SUPER distracting in the first set of episodes and gives off a vibe of this being more ecchi than yuri comedy.

But dammit, it gets there in the end.

First off is Bad Girl, the more comedic of the two in my opinion, found out about this one at the last minute and in all honesty didn't really think much of it until the third or fourth episode.

It's premise is general disaster lesbian love triangle shenanigans that turns into a love octagon.
