As I was turning onto Constitution Ave NW today on ky commute home, I thought “this storied avenue can now be renamed “L’Etat, c’est Musk” Avenue. When the Republicans in Congress realize what a horrible mistake they’ve made, it may be too late. Dictators know how to hold on to power.

The system of checks and balances assumes the three branches of government are not all blindly loyal to one man. Look at how SCOTUS gave POTUS near total immunity. We’re screwed.
