Fair point. I'm way more critical on pass catchers having coached them. I've always told my guys if it hits your hands you gotta catch it

Im right here with you. The greatness of a coach is how he improves the players and adjusts the scheme to them without losing the identity.

I respect your process for sure. I just personally don't let myself get too excited for a WR in that mold because of the structure of the offense. I need a dirty work slot WR so they can stay in 11. Got any of those?

Yeah wasting resources on someone that doesn't play the style that Fangio wants and the fit isn't right, player becomes disgruntled and then he's gotta be moved.
