NYC Congestion Pricing: I’m wondering if folks who live above 60th St are putting up a fuss? If a person works in midtown wouldn’t they just take the bridge from NJ and park around the 60’s and walk, thus causing mayhem uptown? 🤔 The bridge is a mess every morning and it’s going to get worse!
