Just living life and doing what I can.
Glad it reached a million. I certainly want to see this series continue, but I can't imagine this makes up for the long development cycle in Nintendo's eyes.

I also love that version so much more cause I loved playing the splitsscreen with family and friends! Wish it was on the Switch, I would love to relive those days again.

The servers on PC are still a great secondary way for anyone wanting to check it out though! It's free!

I still remember getting it first on Gamecube. My step father, at the time, got it for me for a Birthday and I had no idea what the game even was. However after booting it up and playing, it was something special. I put so many hours into that game and I still have the same copy today!

It can be frustrating. It's certainly a game that might test your patience, but possibly still worth experiencing for the story.
I will still warn that there is still cruelty in terms of how just horrible kids can be, as well as some subtle telling of certain topics like grooming.

I've played it and it's does not have what was reported that it had. Basically a bunch of people started campaigning against it after not playing it, also there were reports of plagiarism. These were all unfounded, but media does what it does and it was banned.
It does have a wonderful story, but...

Which would be annoying already, but no matter what the next time you open the map it shows you where he is! It's just grating, and it seems happens the whole game! I don't hate him, but we couldn't have the option to turn off hints? Really? That is the main problem with the NPC's.

You get a piece of equipment that specifically says you need an engineer to do something with it. As I was driving towards him, maybe stopping to get some crystals along the way, he calls to tell me to come see him...

So the main issue I have with the NPC's is the handholding. But the first introduction of Miles is also just bad. The dialog is just odd and the constant chatter gets in the way of the automosphere. I haven't finished the game yet, but the constant hints were so frustrating. For example...

What a Classic, I loved this game so much as a kid, and now!

I remembered playing through it a few times to get all the possible endings just to be sure I wasn't missing out. I only remember there being the few you mentioned and a bunch of free range mode that was okay. So idk, it deserved better and it's probably why we don't have more SF now. Just a shame.

Fair, and maybe I went into it with the wrong expectations. I think mainly I was just hoping for a boss after every level like in 64. But yes, I think it had some great bright spots.

Honestly, the controls were fine, what took the game down was the lack of fun missions and bosses. I agree critics were overly harsh, but also it has plenty of its own problems.

I think Ubisoft tried to say Skull and Bones was AAAA. Which, we all know how that went.
