I could not agree more. The dream of home ownership is way over sold. I truly don't see the point. The roof, the furnace, plumbing, appliances. Renting is so much less stressful.

Lol people are allowed to enjoy things bri, and I'm allowed to point out the unhealthy side of it. I didn't say don't eat it. Just pointed out that it's not really a healthy alternative. Something people should consider.

Indeed this is true. But I don't consume cow derived products either. Avoiding them is remarkably easy and incredibly healthy.

Coding is just the tool you use to implement a solution. As I said, I think we are approaching this with different definitions. And frankly the code I've seen AI put together is far more complex than a couple of code snippets.
