The area in question and to the north of SkPoly is farm land and not natural area so not a big loss there from what I see. A UofR expansion across Ring or SkPoly expansion also works

Why should the care home have not gone there? The Wascana master plan has shown development there for decades

Thats for the whole PROPOSED 15% increase. An increase of 1% in property tax is about 2.50 per month for reference. The 5% budget reduction as proposed by one dumb councilor would cause major damage to anything remotely fun and interesting in the city
