HOWUM/Eryri training - week 15 - run 4 - Chippenham 10 miles. Target was 2:16, and Garmin time was 2:15:35. That will do, but needed a bit of a sprint finish!!

I think Leeds City Council has missed a trick. New York is "so good they named it twice", so why hasn't Leeds gone for "so good they named it three times"?!? 😂😂😂

I wouldn't normally question Sir Paul McCartney, but I suspect he's talking bollocks. In "Wonderful Christmas Time" he says that the children have been practicing "all year long". Surely they wouldn't start before September at the very earliest?
