You're absolutely right, I believe he was trying to move incrementally in order not to be so blatant, find strong legal grounding, & build consensuses with people who weren't so radical to make decisions last.

With the court controlled by radicals, hes dropped all pretext & jumped on the bandwagon.

Absolutely. All he needs to say is he was responding to Trump's call to protest the election. Very good chance the judge will dismiss the case.

Then Trump will attack the judge saying "my pardon only applied to maga terrorists" not anarchist terrorists."

Meanwhile federal employees are working for free. Instead of coming to work to fix the problem, the people responsible for employees working for free are sitting home and collecting a $200k paycheck and great health insurance and retirement benefits.

That's silly. Mamdani is a charismatic politician and very popular in NYC, but he would be toxic in many congresssional districts that Jefferies needs to win next year.
