Haven’t had a chance to watch the special yet, but I will; I’ve been a fan of Kumail and Emily since The Indoor Kids days. I did have a chance to listen to your interview, great work, Brad!

I recently had to explain COD and how it functioned to someone younger at work. They just looked at me like I was insane.

Wow, I didn’t realize COD was still a thing.

I had never seen a Stellar’s jay until you posted some pictures, what a stunning bird.

If small business owners are excited, imagine how excited companies like Tesla would be to actually pay taxes?

Of course it is. I Googled the name which lead to the exact story in every search result with no actual source, just one social media post after another. Same thing I encountered a few years ago when I heard someone on a radio show state Hunter Schafer had GAS, same story repeated w/o a real source.

Damn, I forgot The Monkey was this year too. Three for three on King adaptations this year, but I agree, Chuck is the king, it’s simply wonderful.

I’ve managed my vacation time so well this year, I haven’t worked a five-day work week since the last week of July. The first couple of weeks of the new year will be a struggle. I’m looking forward to catching Marty Supreme, maybe on Friday.

40 years seems a bit unbelievable, but in IL I haven’t seen a garbage man actually lift a garbage can in probably about 20 years.

Sorry to hear about your friend, Adam.

Stay classy, Bridgeport.
December 22, 2025 at 8:47 AM
That was wonderful.

Oh boy…

It’s still every bit as magical as it was when I was a kid. Sure, now I know how they did it, but come on a Muppet rowing a functional boat? Pure magic.
