I really don’t understand how the injunction can apply to a repair even if it’s an exchange repair (which it is). It’s not a new sale—the exchange is simply a faster way to the end state of “customer has same product with new battery”.

I have natural talents in this area, unfortunately.

My issue isn’t with staffing—it’s with product selection. Ex: I wanted a large box of brass #8 and #10 wood screws. Looked at local ACE and box stores. Only sold per piece & price would be crazy in quantity. ACE could order a box a week later. Found on Amazon that night, delivered by 2p. I tried.

Amazon isn’t inexpensive. It can be very fast and competitively priced. I actually get irritated when I call around to local stores to find if they have what I need, and then end up having to go hunt on Amazon anyway finding it right away.

So much for “immigrants are okay as long as they follow the process and come here legally”.
