I got distracted, prepping the turkey… Because the dog got the bag that formerly contained the turkey… So I think I missed patting the turkey dry… And rubbing it with butter before adding salt and pepper… Oh well… It’s in the oven one way or the other

I think I may have become a Disney princess… Walked outside with the dog… See this little creature… Said hello… And it turned and stared at me… and then it waited… I finally told it it had to move along because the cars might hurt it… So it galloped back into the forest… Magic…

My dog is medium so not too intimidating but what I do is stop before we get too close and say he is friendly if your dog would like to meet… then the other owner can decide…
