Alan Oppenheimer is still alive and doing voices for cartoons at 95. They should have contacted him for a voice over cameo. He’s pretty much done voices in every cartoon since the 70s- today

You probably know that Robert Ridgely plays the hangman in this and Robin Hood Men In Tights. But after rewatching this recently I saw Jack Starrett plays Gabbby with his authentic frontier gibberish. Between this and directing Race With The Devil makes him a legend.
