I paraphrase, but the original question was when we'll see welfare reform. When Darren Jones listed examples of reform in the budget, including the removal of the two child cap, it was made clear the reference to reform really meant overall cuts. Surely policy reform isn't restricted to cuts?

Yep. I went to the away game Milan, which was interesting. I confidently predicted that with Inzaghi upfront Wales need not worry, before the inevitable second half hat-trick.

The campaign that ended with play-off defeat to Russia was very enjoyable, despite not quite qualifying. Was it 2004? Victory over Italy that campaign was probably a highlight.
