is art really art if you don't feel like giving up on it every few seconds because it doesn't match your vision

A hundred or so starlings waiting out the rain.

One thing that changed me forever is the realization "anyone can draw". I used to think you had to be special to make art. I'd doodle stuff but never thought it was possible for me to get better. Talent is often thrown around towards artists when actually its hard work and commitment to the craft
