17 juin 1940. Il a 18 ans. Assez pour décider, en entendant Pétain à la radio, de partir à Londres. Quand il revient, c'est de nuit, parachuté avec Jean Moulin dont il est le radio. Arrêté le 4 avril 1943, il sera torturé et déporté, mais il ne dira rien et survivra. Hervé Monjaret.
