1. Passion gives staying power.
2. Rejection teaches: reflect, adapt, reapply.
3. PPIE isn’t one-size-fits-all: tailor it to enrich your work.
4. Skill building is a long term asset. Think 20yrs!
5. Good mentors are gold. Learn all you can & credit them!
