I don't want to hear it. You're defending people who felt that Trump was an ok substitute for Harris. You're defending people who were ok with "concepts of a plan" instead of someone with an actual plan. You're defending mediocrity and I see right through it.

I just saw this. Obama was a perfect storm of him running during a recession, a very well run campaign, him being a man, and the first Black man. You need to give me a reason other than laziness that caused people to stay home. Because it was either Harris or Trump, no one else.

This attitude literally led to Republicans abandoning Black people in the South which led to the installment of Rutherford Hayes as President, which led to Jim Crow laws and rule. Power is not something to be gained at any cost especially when it comes to people's lives.

You don't need to lecture Black people about voting Democrat, maybe you would be better served having this conversation with White people who don't vote Democrat because of their racism.

You are literally arguing for power at any cost over principles, and if you don't see how that screwed over Black people in both the New Deal and Reconstruction then you should look into that, because that is exactly what happened.

We aren't getting the policies we want even if we give up our principles. This nation has done quite a bit to show they don't care about Black people.
