Playing my homebrew "Bot Match" rules for single-player in Halo Flashpoint on Tabletop Simulator, and I technically just scored my first kill ever in Flashpoint before I ever got my first death in the the game. And let's just say the dice roll physics were in my favor. >:)

Games that defined my 2025
(I can't actually think of a 4th game I really sunk my teeth into besides these. Space Marine 2 continues to be one of my favorites of all time for its gameplay a year later, Oblivion Remastered overtook the classic as my favorite way to play it, and just classic Halo 💚)

I went into Space Marine 2 stratagem operations dressed in an "Ugly Holiday Sweater" paint scheme, did my best impression of a Space Marine, and ran my voice through a Dawn-of-War-style voice filter.

I learned something completely new about D&D that I was wrong on for years, about ability scores and stat modifiers.
Text too long for BlueSky that reads: Huh... I had the rules of stat modifiers in 5e wrong this whole time. It's apparently just a table you follow, and not a formula. I was always told, for stat scores, "Every 2 you have above or below 10 is a +1 or -1" and that's only true for the positive numbers. Based on that, I always assumed a stat score of 9 would be a +0 modifier, but the -1 modifier are for 8-9. I always thought that 8 was the first -1 and, 9, 10, and 11 were all +0, when it's actually just a chart this whole time. Up until today, I've never actually seen a character sheet with a stat score of 9 anywhere. I've only ever seen the lowest numbers be 8 or 10, so my misconception was never challenged. (Mind blown emoji) Then it shows the Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition ability stat modifier chart with the following scores: A score of 1 leads to a modifier of -5. A score of 2 or 3 leads to a modifier of -4. A score of 4 or 5 leads to a modifier of -3. A score of 6 or 7 leads to a modifier of -2. A score of 8 or 9 leads to a modifier of -1. A score of 10 or 11 leads to a modifier of 0. A score of 12 or 13 leads to a modifier of +1. A score of 14 or 15 leads to a modifier of +2. A score of 16 or 17 leads to a modifier of +3. A score of 18 or 19 leads to a modifier of +4. A score of 20 leads to a modifier of +5.

I have predicted Halo crossovers in other games, at least a year before they were announced, with a silly 3D animation video... TWICE! Which is not a lot, but it's funny that I've done it even more than once.

I mean... If the REAL Razer would want to send me a high-end gaming laptop to review and advertise, and it could run Oblivion Remastered flawlessly without frame drops, performance issues, and patchy hair visuals, I wouldn't say no... I could be bought. >_>

These do better justice to their gameplay than characters just standing around doing nothing, which can make many different games look similar. Not to mention the dozens of modern military shooters like CoD and Battlefield that really all look the same, even in action screenshots.

Am I a goober? What does this card do that makes it different from the card game/TCG Pocket's normal evolution mechanic?
Because it sounds like you're just evolving another card, like normal, it's just a trainer card making it happen? Cause this feels like a waste when you can just evolve normally.
