Maybe unrelated, but there are ICE raids rattling my neighborhood today, and the crew doing gutters across the street has been replaced by 3 white guys who seem to be learning on the job. A sure bet is that one of them will fall off the roof while my OSHA 30 card bursts into flames in my wallet.

I guess paying 50% more for cachaça and Beetle parts because a president feels that his buddy has been treated so unfairly is better than getting bogged down in a war because someone plotted to kill a different president's daddy

The powers that be are definitely making a lot of Gen X folks nervous. More so for this one, with a 15-year-old and knowledge of the human cost from being tied up in the sandbox for decades.
