Celebrating Soco 4C’s annual Champions for Children. According to the federal poverty index, childcare is considered “affordable” if it costs <7% of a family’s monthly income. In Soco, the average is 35%. I’m grateful to all the champions fighting for better and more affordable care for our kids.
