If the appalling state of BBC News's coverage of trans issues is the result "effective censorship" (read: trans and ally voices in LGBTQ+ news team taking a stance against hate), then you have the shudder at how much horrifically worse it could have been and might now become without those people.

The more time goes on, the more I can’t stand the whole “ultra-processed food” thing. To me it just feels like a meaningless buzzword phrase, rooted in pseudoscience and classism.

Honestly I think the greatest achievement of the Biden Administration has been that saying “the President’s dog who won’t stop biting people” requires the follow up question “which one?”.
