In the US you have to actually kill millions of people in concentration camps before you qualify as a fascist. Without this kind of wrong murder, the word fascism is taken for dramatic hyperbole. It's frustrating.
Not sure if killing people of color is good enough for many Americans. I suspect not.

The US does not get to just go in to remove “worthless dictators” at the behest of a POTUS with no legal justification or even war authorization from Congress. Period.
