Not at all. I canned a three week holiday in the Midwest which included Chicago and Milwaukee specifically because of how they are acting. And I don’t see that changing next year.

A bit sad but I would be home now and the US’s loss was France and Scotlands gain.

Funnily enough you are wrong in your assumption.

I know that even a small radiation leak which would be at least the equivalent of "tactical' nuke causes death and radiation thousands of miles away.

I was paying attention when Chernobyl went up, maybe you weren't.

You think nukes are credible. Interesting.

I studied it as my degree in the 1980s and kept up.

The more I studied the more I became a pacifist and the more I know that they will never be used.

Honestly I'd rather we didnt have starving children.

Yep because what would we do without our airborne tactical nukes?

I was only thinking the other day that they are a complete waste of money anyway.

The reason I'm not in Wisconsin and Chicago area this last fortnight (Go Pack Go) like I am every year has everything to do with Trump's dangerous policies and nothing to do with crime in the area

oh no, not having American built F-35s that create jobs in the USA and profit too will be such a hardship

Bingo and the Greens - hence the volte-face.

Anything to do with recent polls showing the Greens beating Labour I wonder?

I'm not complaining, I would rather they be pushed left than continue to be Temu Reform.

Maybe they could try stopping persecuting the disabled, trans people and immigrants next.

I think the Greens passing them in the polls and Reform having it as a policy probably served as a memory prompt and we will soon discover in a sympathetic interview by the Guarditerf that she always thought that.

which is why come next election he will already be a back bencher.

A starched sheet could do a better job. At least it wouldn't fold immediately.

What a fucking joke the Dems are.
November 10, 2025 at 7:55 AM
Its mainly an insult now tbs
November 10, 2025 at 7:44 AM
And how do I know?

I suggested it to my MP (who I met in person to talk about their anti-trans stance) and she was utterly offended.

And this is a pro-equality, actual left wing politician.

I did a Pol Sci Degree and can confirm that Thatcher would be looking at Labour as a bit too far right.

Thanks John - I was feeling fed up this morning but that deluded bullshit has given me a good laugh, that anyone would believe it so much as to embarrass themselves and post that reply.

Blue Labour is an insult because they are following right wing policies to the detriment of their base.

The irony of an organisation mainstreamed by the BBC from a bunch of anti-EU cranks to a group of anti-everything cranks topping the polls via the UKIP-Brexit-Reform Farage circus seems lost on them.
