Wonder if there’s a man in classical lit who loves his wife very much but who’s a complete idiot and does the Ancient Greek equivalent of putting an event in their calendar for the wrong time & therefore misses one of her (& his) favourite people @nataliehaynes.bsky.social @hayfestival.bsky.social

Sorry to hear about your cat @rostaylor.bsky.social on @bunkerpod.bsky.social . Hope (s)he pulls through ok. Something us cat owners dread, even in a rural/semi-rural situation. (We also have a giant dog.. The cat is boss of course and accompanies our pyrenean mountain dog on our walks). Best wishes

Ooh. My normal routine is watching the previous night's Newsnight the following day while I pack books at Wormhill Books. So, just catching up with last night's and, would you believe it, @pimlicat.bsky.social 's on!! Hope it goes well.. (At least it's Paddy and it's not a Complete Loon alongside..)
