I was given a tape my freshman year in college, 2 years after its release. I can still feel the way this album sounds. Detached, brittle, and rhythmic. Near-feral at times, sublime at others. Plus: Robert Smith!

In issue 2, the vibe between Klarion the cat-haired witch boy and Alya the trans-coded cat girl is adorable and I can't get enough of it. Scott and Kwok's art is impeccable and I am in love with everyone.

But the best heists entertain by showing you the crazy machinations involved.
The characters are delightful and fully real, even if they were previously rather 2-D. Another thing I love is stories that create empathy for 'villains,' that show them as relatable people and not just costumes.
