Nobody of fame or fortune. Or interest, probably. But thanks for stopping by!

I mostly hang around in the Daggerheart community. 🗡️💜
Excellent interview. I loved getting the details on the new campaign frames and find myself wanting to play all of them!

I appreciate that you sit back and just listen during interviews, letting your guests fill that space on their own. It’s a skill more interviewers should have.

I lived in a house that had a chestnut tree in the yard. Big, beautiful tree but I spent long weekends raking up all of those spiky husks. amazing how many seeds one tree can produce in a season!

Yep. The Starless Sea is one of my absolute favorite books. I agree. Read it.

Never heard of it! Now I have, and now I'm interested.

Thanks!

I’ve never heard of them being effective for anything other than people triggering them to find their car in parking lots, which, ugh…

This post was the seed that now has me building a campaign setting about a massive ship with a whole society (and even a biome or two) on an unfathomably large ocean, searching for a homeland that has largely been lost to time.

Sad, but true. This growth seems unsustainable right now. Something has to give. I just worry about how damage will be done before we get to that point.

Yep! We did begin playing it and had a great time. Easy to learn, fun to strategize, and exciting to tally up at the end to see whose garden was best. Our first game, incredibly, ended up in a three-way tie!

Lot of smiles at the table playing this one. We love it. Thanks!

I’ve run Daggerheart for players both new and experienced in RPGs and no one had trouble understanding damage.

I could see it looking a bit convoluted but in play it’s smooth. There are numbers but no math involved at all.

I like this. Our current DM, and the one before, records our games and listens to them back to write up summaries. I’m on deck to run our first Daggerheart campaign and have no interest in recording/listening back. I could see trying your approach, though.

Collaborative. The Daggerheart way.

I was planning to run The Witherwild in an upcoming Daggerheart campaign but I’ve been thinking a lot about running a campaign set within one city instead. I think it would allow for a more lively community, deeper NPC connections, and tighter ties between the players and setting.

This looks great! Nice work.

Yep! Curious to see what comes of this.

This is outstanding. It has caused me to experience an involuntary blush of life.

This looks like so much fun. I haven’t seen NIN live in many years but those shows were likely the best concerts I’ve ever experienced. Glad to see they are still as strong as ever!

Excellent! Hand them a set of dice. It’s time to start playing.
