In my experience, a perpetrator is innocent until proven guilty and a victim is guilty until proven innocent.

And if a perpetrator is proven to be guilty, the victim often is still guilty for not immediately forgiving and forgetting.

When I was young, I dreamt of a home decorated with items from my travels all over the world. I’ve slowly but surely been accomplishing this. What I didn’t know (and I really should have) is the impressive amount of cat paraphernalia I also have.
