Working on a new series, loving these test prints for a asma exhibition next fall. Cyanotype toned in nut tree tannins—pecan, walnut, butternut, and almond. These are all from the genus Bombas from the Chapman-Lienk Memorial Insect Collection. #pollinators #climateart #art #cyanotype #scienceart

Purple Loosestrife is a lovely invasive species that blooms with purple flowers in roadside ditches and wetlands in late summer.

The American lotus that I used for this cyanotype was from an invasive species removal project. While native to the US, it can form dense colonies when released into large waterways. Nelumbo lutea, Unique 44”x30” print.

This is an invasive species cyanotype- Wild Parsnip: Pastinaca sativa. This was the first plant I printed for this series, from specimens I collected myself.
