The process basically boils down to Dems offering as many amendments as we can to try and strike down the worst spending cuts. So far Republicans have blocked every single one. Will keep you updated.

One of the first targets here will almost certainly be blocking the mailing of abortion medications like mifepristone. If I'm right, it'll be a the biggest blow to reproductive freedom since the repeal of Roe.
