Is this what we can expect from AI? Seems like an error which shouldn’t have happened to begin with 😡

Surprised! (Not really.)

Canada is somewhere I definitely want to travel to also, perhaps by the time I get there the current ‘troubles’ will be over in the USA and things will be more normal.

Many people are scared of the gun violence, but it’s a calculated risk to sone extent - the current ICE stuff is terrifying and random. So sorry about your friend, we have so few opportunities to really connect it is hard to lose someone 💐

Recently part of a long post in which fellow Australians were discussing if we’d travel to the USA. Many (like myself) regretted not having gone before, as travelling now would be very foolish. Consensus was ‘would not travel now’. A small but consistent part of the tourist market vanishing.

Young people need to be in healthy adult spaces to see healthy adulting happen! Otherwise it’s all theoretical and often derived from poor examples. Having said that - it’s hard to argue that the internet does not offer a range of very very limited and nasty adult behaviours.

And then JD Vance and other 'brokers' will buy those small farms up at discount prices
December 8, 2025 at 10:54 PM
Farmers knew they'd get paid off - errr, "compensated", they'll just keep voting for him and whingeing about how badly done by they are, as Vance and his associates scoop up small farms

I mean, I’m happy never to hear from Musk again, but govt’s seem to believe he is all powerful and certainly people think there’s a gravy train they can get on somehow

I think it’s possible if not now, very soon if we continue to give them so much power and such big platforms.

I wonder what would happen if European countries shut “x” down? They could possibly compensate those who can prove shut downs actually disrupted their livelihood, otherwise I really wonder how much we ‘need’ these platforms at all, x

I'm also thinking just now, it's unlikely the media 'found' anything - probably 'leaked' for a pre-Xmas gotcha, you know, in lieu of policy or commitment

Would like to see spending comparisons with previous Ministers and ‘allowances’ given to MPs generally- but we won’t get it from the media lol

As long as our local newspaper was delivered I still read a physical newspaper, because local news is hard to come by. Once they went online (and were quickly absorbed in a city wide coverage), I stopped reading the paper unless I'm in a waiting room. I think digital is just easier for most people.

That is just lovely and brings the feel of a garden to my eyes!

You seem a clever and witty person, a writer and thinker! Wish I had the same credentials!

It's all good! Love a bit of interaction 🏵️

Adult nappies may be your friend >^.^<

Well, I guess everyone has their own ideas and experiences. I've had a few decent Christmas days with trees made out of found and unusual objects. It's more about finding joy in what you have, I guess. Hope yours is a good one.
