...cause what's really in it for the artists unless they actually go on to win MGP and do well in Eurovision? And if they win, do they win because of the backing from a major label? Or could they have achieved so by themselves...?
I mean, in 2020 when I managed Ulrikke, we won without a major🤷♂️

With only 10 artists competing in this years MGP, I wonder how many will come from the big labels, and how many are independent. Obviously many gets picked up by the majors as soon as they hear about their MGP-participation - an easy way for labels to control the competition? To make money?

Currently talking to a potential Eurovision participant for 2026 - I love when people are planning way ahead. His comeback would make the International fan community very excited!

Melodifestivalen is full of comebacks.. Wondering if MGP will go the same route! I think so - HOWEVER, how many comebacks can you allow yourself considering it's only 10 artists competing?! 😅
