EDF put up our monthly payments by over €100 and the whole cost of electricity by 25%. So I wrote an email complaining about it.
Within 5 minutes I had an acknowledgment of my email and a message an agent would phone me shortly. Another 5 minutes later

After FCH lost their first home match in the Bundesliga I had to go and help. Just 900km each way but two wins against Bremen and Berlin was the result. Happy!
