I didn't hear that kind of condemnation out of one single GOP when my state representative and senator were gunned down in their homes or when the Pennsylvania governor's mansion was set on fire with him and his family inside!

And yet it was done. Murder was committed. Politics will always foster violence. It always has and as long as there are people who want power and control it will always have a part to play in politics. History is filled with it. I say politics & violence go together like chocolate & peanut butter.

I do not understand the tactic or the point of saying political violence must be always and totally rejected. What?! Seriously? What is war but murder at the hands of someone else’s political beliefs? Politics equals violence and there is no way around that. Politics always leads to it, always.
