Mostly retired raver. Music is still the answer.

The story of The Manual and the various tracks that supposedly followed it to success is fascinating

Thank you for writing this

Thank you for sharing this. I've found it very conflicting seeing the enquiry news. Many people either didn't know or have completely forgotten the impacts of the lockdowns. The effect on children was huge. Trying to work and homeschool a disabled child almost broke my home.

Oh mate. It's unreal so far. The Bug naming his tracks in honour of various venues as well is especially cool as it includes my local dance. The West Indian Centre, Leeds. Home of Mark Iration, The Iration Steppa Soundsystem and Subdub.

I'd love to see a cost breakdown comparing the books a child needs through education vs digital alternatives too. Devices are expensive but what they replace isn't cheap

Don't think the kids would be the primary issue in that scenario. I work providing software to social care, I'm not sure how various records could be kept paper based just in case. Certain functions sure but not full records of personal data. Even basic stuff like a client address book would be hard

Innit. Never mind the sign, I would need to be physically dragged in anyway

The thread is horrific but it wasn't lead in the way I expected. The way it answers the question about reporting to French authorities is particularly telling. It looks like it conspiracy propagation is baked in.

That's an excellent example of where resilience clearly has been built in. I might have a poke around and see which ones do and don't get caught out by this.
