Yes that is what I’d first set the bot up with, but it stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Suspect Twitter plugged the hole it exploited and the projects been archived so no further development to fix issues.

Yea that’s what I’ve learned over the last 24hrs or so. Must have tried a dozen or so options and they are all broken or unable to read the Twitter feed. Kind of accepting RSS.app is my only choice.

Not having any luck finding a free way to parse the Twitter feed to RSS, most are broken or won’t touch Twitter anymore. RSS.app is the only one that’s worked so far

Running a bot @nwsbuffalobot.bsky.social to mirror Twitter posts to Bluesky. Currently running RSS.app of the Twitter feed → EchoFeed. Trying to make it as simple as possible but RSS.app free tier pulls once per 24hrs which isn’t timely enough for weather updates.

I really don’t want to be that guy consistently asking for people to help cover costs of something. I’m gonna do some digging today and see if I can find a free alternative of some kind before I start putting my hand out

Back up! At least for now. I need to find a cost-effective way to create an RSS feed from a Twitter feed but for at least the next week it’ll work until my RSS.app trial runs out lol

The scraper I used has been depreciated and twitter plugged the hole. Gonna need some time to figure out if I can even still maintain this :-/
