People seem to be forgetting that DOJ doesn’t just “get” an indictment. They have to convince a grand jury to vote to return one, something this administration has struggled with recently.

I’m eagerly awaiting @nytimes.com expose on how they & most of the mainstream media are sane washing President Trump’s open fascism. As things get worse economically, I’m seriously considering canceling my subscription.

Now is not the time to indulge the narcissists & ego maniacs to Trump’s left. It’s time to fight like hell & place your sense self grandiosity aside.

I’m thinking that the Epstein thing would normally not be so politically onerous for the president if his other initiatives had not proven so broadly unpopular.

When I was young I thought people were flat. Still continuing to catch up with that.

Real leadership is owning your accomplishments and mistakes equally. Presently leadership is at low ebb across many areas in this country. And it is where it is precisely because those who are in important positions are not owning their mistakes, they are placing blame on others instead.

That any of us have to care about the messy breakup of these two massive narcissists — and that they both individually wield such massive power — is an indictment of our political system and further proves the poisonous influence of Big Money on our democracy.

What @jaketapper.bsky.social doesn’t appreciate is much of our recent past, present, & likely future problems are rooted mostly in people trusting unqualified people. We need to know who it is that he believes is qualified to assess Joe Biden’s fitness or is he no better than Trump & just cashing in

President Trump will likely take credit for an American being named pope.

With all the talk of product shortages , I think it should be said that products will first find their way to densely populated areas first and everywhere else, last

This certainly will hurt all those red counties. How they react to their shelves being everything will define the midterms

No attorney general should ever speak like this. She's Trump's advocate, not the people's lawyer, which is what the AG's job is. Whatever state she is barred in should start disciplinary proceedings immediately. This isn't subtle or arguable, it's wrong.

Stupid rich kids hate democracy. Which is why it makes no sense that poor people continue to be so enamored with them, they literally have contempt for anyone who is struggling.

Really @nytimes.com? Something tells me this analysis is already not aging well. More anemic reporting from legacy media.

If MAGA and Trump really cared about white men why are their politics about keeping them stupid and afraid?

@SenSchumer is not the future of the @TheDemocrats. @AOC & @GovTimWalz are.

@democrats.org don’t listen to the naysayers, we got this. @nytimes.com & others will be the instrument of their own demise in perpetuating a democratic disarray narrative. Perhaps if old media is so obsessed with profit, we need to let it die.

Christian Nihilism, a strain of nihilism that utilizes the Christian faith as a performance prop that is extremely light on theology and characterized by a primitive belief in the supernatural that essentially renders all serious questions meaningless.

We may have perhaps mistook the current mania as Christian Nationalism, when I think it may actually be Christian Nihilism.

The average voter needs to stop expecting the performative politician. And the media needs to stop sensationalizing the performative politician.
March 6, 2025 at 10:23 AM
There are going to be a lot things coming up in the coming months and lots of different people expressing their outrage at the current administration. @nytimes.com & @npr.org running stories about Democrats in disarray is simply untrue, there is plenty of activism out there, media need to step up!
March 6, 2025 at 8:52 AM
Traditional journalism like that of @nytimes.com will die over the next four years if they don’t cease their anemic reporting of President Trump. If they want to survive they have got to break out of their profit driven bubble and take a stand.
