Figured it would be a good idea to rent a car in Boise, drive it nearly 2k miles over a week to cram in all four PNW National Parks for the family vacation.

I ran a half marathon yesterday - the Indy Mini.
I’m proud of the accomplishment, but find more value to know what I want out of running.
I run for fitness and fun, not for distance accomplishments.
I don’t need to run more than 10 miles again.
5k, 10k races are lighter and more fun for me.

And it was a fun one! 41-38 Oregon State to win the Pac-2 championship over Washington State.
Beav fans were super friendly, Corvallis is a fun town, and I love the sound of chainsaws now.

Most of running in races is collecting medals, tbh.
I finished the Monumental 5k here in Indy this morning and picked up three medals.
Since this was my third of three 5Ks from the same organizing group this year, I picked up two extras.
Next goals:
- Keep running
- The Indy Mini Marathon in May

I finished the Monumental 5k here in Indy this morning and picked up three medals.
