Yeah it’s very trying. But I just think there’s way to much bad feeling between people just because of our different opinion’s. Especially regarding politics. The old saying of “ divide and rule or divide and conquer “ is definitely a tactic that some political leaders have used for decades.

I am making a real effort to not let myself become angry regarding political discussions / debates / arguments
I’m making an effort to not let my not liking people’s opinions especially political opinions stress me out and anger me. It’s going to take time but I’m determined to put the effort in
