That is why companies bring in SME'S to look into issues. Have exactly the same in IT when you go in as a contractor and explain what is wrong with existing procedures. But your job is to point out these issues, not brush things under the carpet. Best of luck 😅

It feels like news is becoming more siloed with people just using their favourite echo chamber. I used to like news & politics on X, but I cannot find the content I want to read on there now. For me, X is now just a place for interacting with fun accounts like Rachy and yourself, which I would miss
