I’m running for California State Assembly!

Now, I don’t like asking for money, but we gotta pay for this somehow, and if everyone throws in $7 we’ll have the resources to run one hell of a race, so, uh, do the thing.

I think it’ll be closer than we want, but that we’ll still win.

That being said, I also thought our library ballot initiatives were going to be close (they weren’t) and that this country was going to reject Trump in 2016 (we didn’t) so I’m not claiming to be any sort of Nostradamus over here

Not much happening at tonight’s meeting except, oh, a presentation by an election denial group on “widespread voter fraud and the need for voting transparency.”

This same group was banned from New York for violations of the Voting Rights Act and the Klu Klux Klan Act, soooo.
