I remember when I thought AI would remove bias from medicine and make fewer mistakes. Maybe someday it will (if we can remove the bias such as towards Black patients that result in incorrect diagnoses)

There are protections like that, but they were ignored. Same for the Kennedy Center. Same for a lot of things going on right now that are totally illegal, like firing independent attorneys general who investigate corruption so he can install sycophants, which our Supreme Court said was ok

And unlike real life, they actually respected the smartest man and asked him for advice, instead of saying they are corrupt and part of some conspiracy.

I took a tour of an experimental greenhouse at UofI in Chicago and they test these things. They said more CO2 makes more greenery, but that only helps certain plants where we mainly eat the leaves. But it makes for smaller tubers. IDK the affect on grains or on fruits, or of the extra heat

You're right, which is why Democrats used to be more strict on immigration and Republicans for it. As recently as Reagan we had mass amnesty, and W Bush (before 9/11) was going to do another amnesty and Republicans told him no f'ing way. Then 9/11 overreaction and mass deportation started

I think it's more Gen X. We are the most conservative generation (as measured by party affiliation), our parents already enjoyed their patriarchy without pushback

From what i've seen on social media, conservatives think people receiving any benefits will be forced into those jobs. and prisoners.

We had no right on red and as soon as Republicans took Congress they undid it, because it's communist to save pedestrian lives and impose some sort of "rules" of the road
