It's important to know our histories and celebrate culture, I'm simply not sure what we get from getting wains to fake an accent that isn't theirs.
If I moved to England and my kids were made to use a cockney accent for schoolwork, I think it would be a bit weird.

I like the tradition in a sense, but the schoolkids being drilled to recite it with faux accents (even the actual Scots kids) is just weird in this day and age.

Have you ever done the thing where you watch the last episode or so of the animated Clone Wars interspliced with Revenge of the Sith, so everything's in chronological order?
It's glorious.

Heck, if the rumours of mental health being a factor were true, maybe going back home to Drogheda for a few months could even help him!

Totally agree. Would love to see him take a loan to a top championship club for the season. He's so off it atm I doubt he'd start for any PL team and it'd be a shame to have a completely wasted season at his age.
