Kinda tempted to feed each of your #mastersketch25 into a SVG auto line trace and extraction util and see how many curves it pulls for each drawing. There may be existing code or prior art for this, basically a kinda “drawing complexity score” 🤣

Wow. Less is indeed more. The nerd in me wonders if we could count the number of strokes and marks as a benchmark for the least amount of lines to reproduce or I guess a “cleanliness” score , bit like your three value and reduced pallet #chromamagic modes but for # of lines not color.
