Listener and DJ here. Very early on I would say Spotify helped a lot of musicians get discovered, but ultimately it's a net negative to the music industry especially in its current state. I'm still subscribed for now, but I support musicians by buying music on Bandcamp.

People don't have a problem starting a family when they're financially secure. Something these fascists are actively working against by destroying the middle class
