Everything is in bloom at the moment and I feel like I've awoken from a long, dark hibernation #bloomscrolling

To blog or not to blog! I have an old, very out of date blog. Do I carry on with it, even if I don't have much energy to dedicate to it? Is blogging dead? I do like writing and still have ideas. Or should I just write a diary for myself??

So, I've been advised to cut out gluten, expected IBS. I have done that for 2 weeks now and was about to quit. Made no difference to IBS but I do have reduced fatigue and sliggtly improved function. Reluctantly, I think I'm gonna have to stay off gluten for a bit longer 🤔🤔 #glutenfree #fatigue #ms

Got a new smart watch. It has a 'body battery' which is designed to help you pace your energy throughout the day. First night on, and I woke up with only 47 points out of 100. No wonder I'm bloody knackered! Anyone else tried one? #MS #chronicillness #pacing

The part of MS that doesn't often get talked about: incontinence. Stuck in snow traffic for 3hrs last night. About 40 mins in & having only moved 300yds, I couldnt wait any longer. I rolled up my thick coat, sat on it and peed in my car seat. And I did it again about an hour later #thisisms #fuMS

Started a new job in November. For the first time in forever, I'm working the days between Christmas and New Year. So, I will be working tomorrow. Weirdly don't mind it though as love my job and the day always goes super quick. Hope you've all had a lovely Christmas in reasonable health 😘🎄
