I feel like most of the "problems" that gave Arch this reputation were all the norm years ago but have since then been largely fixed. Arch has never been as stable as it is currently. But fair, some just want something they feel like they can always rely on

this common experience is so weird to me because I've been using Arch Linux for half a year now and have never felt like I was "micromanaging" my system. I used Archinstall to get a system that works perfectly out of the box and it has never caused any problems
