I think the ICC will bring charges against Trump & Hegseth for the same crimes it arrested Duterte for in March of this year: summary executions of people he claimed to be trafficking drugs -- no arrests, no evidence, prosecutions or trials. Just summarily killing them "bcs he [or Trump] said to".
